our unit used to be ard AUD330K. just checked micm, it's now AUD560K! guess we've missed the boat big time.

wtf?! i guess the page i was on is outdated. it was saying how similar units nearby were selling for around AUD300k to AUD400k. *sobs*

haha! u really want it don't u? i thought about it actually. but it's still RM500K or SGD200K per pax. and the recent hike in AU interest rate doesn't help either.
